Exchange and Return Information

In case of exchange/return requests due to defective products or incorrect delivery, the shipping costs will be covered by the head office.

Exchanges due to simple change of mind or mistaken purchase are only possible within 7 days of receiving the product.

In case of returns due to a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 won for exchanges and refunds, and shipping to remote islands is separate.

Exchanges and returns of set products must be unopened and new. Partially used products or products that have only been used once cannot be exchanged or returned.

All products are non-refundable and round-trip shipping fees will be charged if they are opened or have traces of use.

When exchange/return is not possible

If the product has been opened or the box or packaging has been damaged

If the value of the product has decreased due to customer use

If the exchange/return period has passed

Colors may vary depending on the monitor screen, resolution, or brightness, and this is not a reason for exchange or return.

This product is sensitive to light and heat, so discoloration and odor may occur. Please avoid exposure as much as possible. Due to the nature of the product, some colors may blend together. However, this is normal and does not affect the product quality. Please use the product with confidence. Exchanges or returns due to this reason are not possible.
